According to Fiorelli –
“In questo trovasi innanzi tutto un forno, separato da altre localita cui prima stava congiunto, e con due celle adiacenti, una delle quali servita certamente di apotheca.”
See Pappalardo, U., 2001. La Descrizione di Pompei per Giuseppe Fiorelli (1875). Napoli: Massa Editore. (p.161)
(translation: An oven was found in this, separated from other places with which it had been first joined, and with two adjacent rooms, one of which would have certainly been used as a storeroom/cupboard.”)

According to Garcia y Garcia, this bakery was totally destroyed in the 1943 bombardment.
The oven has now disappeared.
